Fairbridge Village
14th to Friday 18th April 2008
This camp was held at the Fairbridge Village. Fairbridge's proximity to Perth and the South West region makes the campus an ideal venue, highly accessible to all people. Fairbridge is an hour's drive from Perth on the South West Highway and a five minute drive from Pinjarra. The campus is nestled in the foothills of the Darling Scarp next to the South Dandalup River. There are 52 heritage buildings on this picturesque site, a magnificent chapel, and a range of sporting facilities.
We were accommodated together in one cottage. We did the catering for ourselves and all members of the group were rostered to help with cooking, tablesetting, washing-up and cleaning tasks.
