July 1980 - 37 members - meetings held three times a week
October 1980 - 76 members - meetings held three times a week
March 1981 - 85 members - meetings held three times a week
November 1982 - 90 members - meetings held four times a week
In 1980, a steering Committee was formed, from members and carers, to promote public relations, raise funds for the running of a paramedic bus, purchased the same year, and for the purchase of equipment and craft materials.
In 1982, the first Annual General Meeting was held and a full Committee was elected and a Constitution drawn up.
