Management
Financial members elect a Board of Management which is responsible for the overall business of the Organisation, including staff appointments, financial matters and fund-raising.
While policy is also the Board responsibility, day to day running of the group and the care of the individual clients is in the hands of a Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Activities Officer and a team of Craft & Activities Officers. The group is also fortunate to have the services of a small team of dedicated volunteers.
