It’s that time of year again and lots of people are getting sick with a cold or flu.
Here are some tips to avoid spreading bugs:
1. Wash yours hands regularly: Try and remember to wash your hands if you touch your face, sneeze, go to the toilet and before eating.
2. Keep your surroundings clean: Try and clean surfaces regularly to get rid of bugs. We do this here at CATA, but please let us know if you think we can improve!
3. Use hand sanitiser: These are placed all over the building and will be placed on the dining room tables so use these frequently.
4. Cover your mouth: If you cough or sneeze, please make sure you cover your mouth to stop spreading any bugs around CATA.
These tips will help you avoid getting sick or spreading germs, however if you do happen to get sick, PLEASE STAY AT HOME! We support a lot of people here at CATA and don't want bugs spreading.
Please don't be offended if we send you home or ask you to stay at home until you are well.
If you are unsure if you should stay at home, call us on 94488804. However, if in doubt, please stay home. You are welcome to make up for lost days once you are well to ensure you don't miss out on your activities here at CATA.
